With stacks of presents, copious amounts of delicious food and chocolate from my advent calendar(s) often constituting a “balanced breakfast”, it is safe to say that Christmas is indeed the most wonderful time of the year and the time (for myself at least) for a little self-indulgence. With all of the buzz and excitement of the festive period, I do still try to find those quiet moments where I can; those moments by myself with a cup of coffee and iPad in hand. Preferably on the sofa, away from the drama in the kitchen as the Brussel sprouts are being burned.
