We are only three days away from Valentine’s Day and that will mean that some of you readers are panicking about what to get your loved one for the big day. Let’s dial back the clock and keep things traditional; nothing says “I love you” more than a selection of beautifully curated flowers. Especially if they are roses, and especially if they are red.
You can take the legwork and sweat out of rushing for that last minute gift by ordering online, but this often carries it’s own risks. I have found in the past that the glossy image on a website doesn’t quite match up to the delivered (and weary-looking) foliage that arrives to your front door and it can be a bit of a gamble opting for a click-and-collect or a click-and-deliver service. Well, gentlemen, I can help you take the risk out of choosing a quality selection of flowers, and keep some change in your pocket, by highly recommending Tesco online. Having seen the quality and affordability of these flowers myself, it seems like a bit of a no brainer. Plus, if you shop at Tesco anyway, why not use those Clubcard points for something extra special?
Two of my favourites from the range must be the Tesco Finest Rose & Lily and the Dozen Luxury Roses. Roses in particular will melt any woman’s heart and you can grab a dozen of these beautiful flowers for the very affordable price of £20 on the Tesco website. Delivery is free too so, if you’re one to surprise the woman you love at her workplace, Tesco can do all the work for you. I am not a florist or a horticulturalist by any stretch of the imagination, but the roses were almost glowing red and each petal arrived alive and well. The real test, however, was the smile on Katie’s face when I surprised her with them. Grinning from ear-to-ear, it seems that Tesco had my back on this one. A Valentine’s Day gift has never been so convenient.
Just a quick note; if you prefer the more non-traditional option and want a wider selection of floral gifts, then you can check out the entire Tesco flowers collection here.
