There are many spectacular sights in Paris, but very few compare to the Ponte Alexandre III that elegantly traverses the Seine river. This 19th century architectural wonder stands out from its surroundings and is unashamedly washed in gold; pure Parisian luxury. In the spirit of being in the French capital and continuing with this theme, my outfit choice for this setting had to be equally as opulent and so, of course, it could only be Ted.
This Persian Deluxe Paisley Velvet Jacket is a slightly more extravagant take on the classic velvet dinner jacket. Aside from the soft feel and tailored fit, the gold embroidery makes it the definitive statement piece in my winter wardrobe. The detail on each stitch is meticulous and with such attention to detail, you really feel like a million dollars. Paired with the jacket is this white Classic Sateen Shirt; simple, crisp and classic.
On the bottom half, I am wearing this pair of Morelot Wool Tuxedo Trousers, also from Ted Baker. This pair of dapper dinner trousers perfectly compliment the jacket and continues the look and feel of elegance. They are perfect for evening wear, but equally at home in an impressive daytime ensemble. On my feet, only velvet would suffice, and this pair of Velvet Moccasins from Dune are a fitting way to complete the outfit. Bon jour et bonne nuit!
