Autumnal Accessories ft. Debenhams

With the pavements now a spectrum of reds, oranges and yellows, it is safe to say that autumn is most definitely here. It provides the perfect environment to add those extra layers and accessories to an outfit, braving the elements as you head outdoors. Heading out for an al fresco lunch in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, I needed an outfit fit for the occasion. 

This Ecru Ribbed Roll-Neck and Brown Smart Double Breasted Trench Coat combination, both from River Island, provide subtle cream and brown tones against nature’s colourful backdrop. Keeping the colours fairly monochromatic are a pair of Black Stretch Skinny Jeans from Topman, perfectly complimenting the paler top half of the outfit. On my feet, these Banfield Zip Black Leather Boots from Clarks feel at home walking down a leafy King’s Road.

I always advocate looking after your hands as the mercury starts to drop and these Black Leather Gloves from River Island are incredibly soft, both inside and out. Finishing off the outfit is this Dark Brown Leather Messenger Bag by Jasper Conran for Debenhams. It’s the perfect size for transporting cameras and notepads from A to B and is incredibly stylish with a luxurious leather finish.
