Call me a creature of habit, but ASOS are delivering some rather exceptional pieces in their Spring/Summer collection this year. For this outfit, it was all about the wow factor. The theme for this shoot? Bold colours and bold prints, set against a white palette in the leafy suburbs of NW3.
This navy Slim Fit Double Breasted Blazer with gold buttons is the perfect jacket to smarten up any outfit. I’ll often opt for a single breasted blazer, as a double breast can sometimes have the undesired effect of concealing all that hard work in the gym. However, this ASOS offering has the perfect cut, meaning a slimmer silhouette against those summer scenes.
So to the shoes (we’ll get to the trousers later)…I am absolutely in love with these shoes! Personally, I think these Leopard Skin Loafers are the perfect addition to any monochrome-esque outfit. Granted, they aren’t suitable for every occasion but, if a man is judged by what he wears on his feet, you will certainly make a lasting impression as you walk down the street.
Finishing off the outfit, I have opted for a navy tee and white trousers, from Zara and H&M respectively. I decided on simple colours to break up the statement pieces. For me, this outfit was all about ASOS and with both the blazer and the loafers now on sale, there is no better time to experiment with those cuts, colours and prints.
