Crocodile Styling with Elliot Rhodes

London is a such a diverse city and there is a location suitable for every type of day. However, for a chilled Sunday in the sun, Greenwich was the only option. Cue a Bond-style trip on the Thames Clipper from the modern cathedral that is North Greenwich, to the slightly more traditional Cutty Sark in Greenwich town. The shoot location? The Royal Navy Gardens.

I’ve always had the opinion that statement accessories have the ability to reinvigorate even the most exhausted of outfits and help regain that wow factor. With this mantra running through my mind, and taking a large walk on the wild side with it, I headed to luxury belt maker Elliot Rhodes to check out their collection of luxury and exotic belts. They were extremely helpful in helping me sift through a vast collection of prints, colours and finishes and, after a good hour or so debating on just how wild I wanted to go, we came up with this creation.

For the belt itself, only something truly exotic would suit. The faux-caiman choice of leather is further highlighted by a cream and blue finish; verging on the edge of a Texan oil baron, yes, but just retaining that touch of luxury and style. For the buckle, only a similarly-themed silver piece would be adequate. It’s quite a heavy belt, which only adds to the quality; something that Elliot Rhodes has in abundance.

My creation is just one of the hundreds of thousands (maybe even millions) of possible combinations that are available at Elliot Rhodes. I’ll definitely be visiting the store again soon as there is so much on offer, and I highly recommend treating yourself to a touch of luxury. For those that are feeling a little more generous, why not treat someone else?
